Visit Dallas DNA Pro Cycling Announces 2017 Roster


Visit Dallas DNA continues to build in its second UCI season

Dallas, TX   Visit Dallas DNA Pro Cycling is pleased to announce its roster for 2017, as a number of international riders and promising young talent are added for the team’s second season in the UCI ranks.

“We are very excited about the diversity of talent that we are bringing together for UCI and US Professional Road Tour racing next year,” says Scott Warren, the team’s Sport Director.

Returning riders include Mandy Heintz who won the bronze medal at the USA Professional Road National Championship and Mia Manganello who won the points competition at the Cascade Cycling Classic. Katie Clouse will move up to the UCI team for 2017 after taking home numerous victories in national championship, junior, and elite races while with the Visit Dallas DNA development squad this year.

Visit Dallas DNA’s roster will feature riders from Great Britain, New Zealand, and Germany. Joining the team is Claire Rose, who had a break-out season with the silver medal at Great Britain’s individual time trial national championship race, as well as multiple podiums in international races such as Euskal Emakumeen XXIX Bira, Tour de Bretagne, and the Ljubljana-Domzale-Ljubljana TT.

Also new to the squad is Michaela Drummond, a star rider who has dominated junior track racing in New Zealand. Michaela has won multiple honors including 18 national titles in road and track, two Oceania track titles, and the gold medal in team pursuit at the UCI Junior Track Cycling World Championships. Michaela will look to build experience in UCI road racing with Visit Dallas DNA in 2017.
