Dallas, TX (May 24, 2017) – Visit Dallas DNA Pro Cycling is pleased to announce the signing Erica Clevenger and Stefanie Sydlik for the remainder of the 2017 season. Both riders have had breakout seasons racing on their respective USA Cycling Domestic Elite teams, guest riding, and on the US National Team.
“We are happy to continue to support up-and-coming riders who are ready to make the jump to the UCI level, Erica and Stefanie have definitely proven that they are ready to make the move,” said Lee Whaley, team co-owner.
Erica Clevenger, who rode as a guest with Visit Dallas DNA at the Tour of the Gila, joins the squad from Team Stone House p/b Monster Media. She is the current U.S. Collegiate National Road Race Champion and 2016 Collegiate National Triathlon Champion.
Stefanie Sydlik, a former elite rower (two-time US National Champion, US National Team Member, and Elite Worlds Bronze Medalist), joins the team from QCW Cycling p/b Breakaway Bikes. After numerous wins in road racing and time trials in the mid-Atlantic states over the past two seasons, she recently raced at the top level of the sport with with the US National Team at the Amgen Breakaway from Heart Disease Women’s Race (UCI Women’s WorldTour).
